"Not Shopping til I Drop" 65 Days Challenge : Day 54 & CONTEST

Hello my lovelies! I have not given you an update on my no buy in a little while and thought it was just proper. I am so sorry but I really didn't want to bore you with all my non sense and suffering. Bahahaha!! There is a good and bad outcome. The GOOD is that the END is near and I can finally buy whatever I want. =D The BAD is that I live in a very small apartment with a family of 9 and I share a room that is about 250 sq. ft. and my Makeup Collection has gotten so BIG it no longer fits in this room & I can't even buy cute compartments/boxes to put everything away because they don't fit so it will be stupid of me to continue to buy; unless I move. Moving is definitely an option because I need my own space!! I am planning to do the whole Project Pan thing just to start using some of my stuff! Anyways that is my update... I thank God for the games on Facebook because I managed to win tons of FREE stuff and Christian who spoiled me with an early Christmas Shopping Spree at Sephora during the Friends and Family 20% Discount! I will definitely have a HAUL video up as soon as I get the 3rd BOX! Yes! You read right... THREE boxes because I had to make three different orders to complete ALL I wanted!

"Not Shopping til I Drop" 65 Days Challenge : Day 26

Sales! Sales! Sales! That's all I'm hearing every where I go! Sales are pretty awesome, right? Especially when you can get some thing you've been meaning to try or have for a while now! Well something I've noticed while chit chatting with a friend of mine was how fast I was to pull out my money when I heard that word Sale! I never cared enough to check if it really was a sale that was WORTH splurging on. So while in this challenge of not being able to buy anything I have come across many great discounts and opportunities to buy some awesome stuff but couldn't!*sad face* but since I can not just whip out the cash I am forced to do something else. That something else is meditating on how much the sale really has... Its crazy but I actually have been able to tell myself even if I had not been in this challenge I think I would've still said NO! Crazy huh? I would've said NO! Usually I wouldn't even care and just been like hey its a sale! *haha* This challenge is definitely hurting my heart because they're some things that are SOO worth the sale; but I look at the bright side of things & I am saving a LOAD of money!! :) & I know I will finish a different, stronger and smarter spender!

"Not Shopping til I Drop" 65 Days Challenge : Day 13

Hello My beauties! =)
Its been so long since I've written a post! It has been crazy these past few days because of school and family obligations. But I'm back. You all know I'm in a personal challenge to not shop for 65 days and I'm in Day 12. Must I say how hard this is? I have a MAC, Inglot, Sephora, Cosmetics Market all around my school & a Facebook FULL of AMAZING Indie Companies! It's so hard to refuse myself in clicking the Add to Cart button. What I find myself doing now is literally spending hours looking at pictures of pigments online or adding them to my Christmas Wishlist. (hey! now my loved ones won't have a hard time picking a gift for me haha!) Or I also visit Sephora during my breaks and sit there trying on different colors and/or even painting my nails [yesterday I painted them ORGASM from NARS... LOVE it] In the last few days I think I would've spent over $200 just on makeup! I'm excited to see how the outcome of this challenge will bring me growth in my life! On another hand since I did do a lot of shopping prior to this challenge I still have been getting packages from them so it keeps me a bit sane! haha! I can't wait to start posting the reviews! Talking about reviews, I did a Haul on all my purchases from Indie Companies. Make sure to check it out!

Okay! So this is more difficult then I thought! =( I have already been tempted to buy 4 things!! ahhhh!!! I'm so heart broken </3 On the brighter side I saved some money today lol & received my EOS "Honeysuckle Honeydew" lippie, My Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV that came with a Glide-on Cheek Tint in "Quickie" & 3 small samples that Ulta gives with all purchases!

I am totally IN LOVE with this palette! Though it has some repeated colors, it also has 10 NEW shadows (never been seen.) I will be doing a Review soon! I have soo much to review but really excited to start! =) 

This week I also received my FIRST ever BIRCHBOX... It was the September box.... I really wasn't WOWED by it, but there were some stuff I found CUTE & enjoyed! I will be doing a video soon & posting it as well!

"Not Shopping til I Drop" 65 Days Challenge : Day 1

Hello my lovelies! Hope all is well... I 'm sure a lot of you have started your weekend already & some of you are getting ready to start the weekend. I hope you all have a great one! The reason for this post is because I wanted to let you all know that as of tomorrow I will be on a 65 days no shopping challenge for myself except for my loves birthday. (but that's always an exception! ha !!) I will be blogging about most days, such as different things I saw that I wanted to buy & what I felt not being able to buy. At the end of the challenge I will total the amount of money I would've spent [in other words $$ I saved myself]. This will be fun & definitely a HUGE challenge since for the last few months all I've been doing has been shopping [MAKEUP: my guilty pleasure]!! I'm sure that there will be days where I will want to cry but I feel like I can do this. WELCOME TO MY CHALLENGE! If any of you decide to do something similar or join me, let me know so we can help each other out & be team players! c[= You don't have to do it for 65 days... you can put your own rules! Lets get the show rolling...

On the other hand, today I got my NUBAR 2010! & I must say I am IN LOVE!!! Had to paint my nails right away & can't stop staring at them! Will do a FULL review & swatch soon! =)
